Meet Lana

Hello readers!

I’m Lana.  I am currently a student in my twenties, trying to show my kitchen and my exams who’s boss.

I am a self-taught/family-taught home cook. I live in a place where it either rains or rains…or sometimes it even rains–Haha! In all seriousness, I live on the west coast of Canada and it is absolutely gorgeous here (when the sun comes out). I live with my cat, Bailey. She is the cheekiest feline you will ever meet. She can be a monster…an adorable, cuddly monster. She usually joins my adventures in the kitchen and I can guarantee you will be hearing about her in some of my posts.

I take great pleasure in food, entertaining, and making my house a home.

Through this blog I hope to share with you my kitchen endeavors and my passion for food and life. With a little music, fresh ingredients, and imagination, my small kitchen gathers quite the crowd. I hope that you too will find joy in cooking, baking, sharing and eating your creations!
